Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Reports to: Sales Support Manager

Business Unit: Micromail/Presidio Licensing Centre of Excellence

Location: Hybrid – Cork or Dublin Office

Overview of Role

Micromail, now part of Presidio, is seeking to recruit a Sales Support Specialist. Micromail is one of Ireland’s leading software reseller and licensing partner, with a strong focus on Microsoft and Adobe. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Placing orders via internal and vendor platforms
  • Preparing and sending quotations to customers
  • Manage and process incoming customer POs
  • Managing mailboxes
  • Become expert in our customer portal and ITSM platform
  • Provide end users of our customer portal with training and support
  • Dealing with initial customer queries or issues
  • Complete training from key vendors as required
  • Support Account Managers on key customer accounts
  • Process and maintain sales support material such as product pricelists
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Understanding of the IT industry sales channel
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of vendor ordering platforms, such as Microsoft and Adobe, an advantage
  • Ability to build a rapport with customers, partners and colleagues
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is a strong advantage
