Trainee BDM / Sales Support
Greystone Consulting Group are currently recruiting for an office-based Sales Support / Trainee Business Development Manager role, for a market leading firm with offices in South West London.
Full training will be provided and the role will start off as a sales support role for the first 12 months with a structured career path to then becoming a Business Development Manager with an uncapped commission structure and huge earnings potential.
This role is ideally suited to someone looking to begin their career in sales with a well known and reputable company that offers full training and support. Some sales or customer service experience would be advantageous but not essential.

Duties will include:
- Sales support to the sales team
- Sales administration / using a CRM system
- Following a training plan to become a fully fledged Business Development Manager
- Helping the sales team to generate new business
- Business Development and Account Management
- Helping to generate new sales leads and opportunities
- Working closely with the operations team
- Effective management of the sales process
- Helping with hosting company client events and entertaining/socialising with prospects/clients
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales or customer service experience (advantageous but not essential)
- A great attitude towards learning
- Attention to detail and well organised
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Strong work ethic
- Motivation to progress and further your career

Package:
- Basic Salary of £30k per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
- Uncapped Commission (once signed off as a Business Development Manager)
