Sales Support Specialist
FX Sales Business Execution Officer – Belfast

About the Role
Join our dynamic and fast-paced FX Sales Business Execution team. In this junior support role, you’ll contribute to the team’s success through data analysis, process implementation, and management reporting.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to excel in a global sales environment.
Responsibilities
As part of the team, you will:
- Serve as the go-to resource for the high-performing FX sales team, ensuring their success and a seamless client experience.
- Provide on-desk support to enhance sales efficiency and client service, including:
- Tracking client follow-ups
- Maintaining accuracy in CRM systems
- Serving as the primary point of contact for escalations
- Transform complex data into actionable insights for sales strategy and present findings to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with control functions (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Risk) to:
- Implement and monitor governance and control infrastructure
- Ensure ethical financial practices
- Uphold responsible finance, compliance, and transparency by:
- Assessing risk in business decisions
- Scaling and managing control-related issues appropriate for your level

Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills and aptitude for a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Basic understanding of foreign currency markets and interest in FX products (preferred).
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (essential).
- Knowledge/competency in:
- Data visualisation platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) (highly desirable)
- Python or SQL (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
