What you'll do here:
As a Sales Support Specialist UKI & Europe, you will have a meaningful role in advancing our revenue cycle through qualifying and managing inbound textbook adoption opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling SSO enquiries and set-up
- Sending and following up on inspection copy requests and feedback
- Passing qualified leads to the Sales team to drive adoption closure and digital upsell
- Supporting the build, maintenance, and cleansing of Salesforce to sustain a 3x pipeline
- Contributing to forecasting accuracy and revenue growth
- Monitoring daily billings and analysing data against historical records
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of pricing requests, new agreements, and customer enquiries
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other customer support functions to manage transactions across direct, trade, and enterprise channels

- Demonstrated experience in sales support or a comparable position
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed data analysis
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Ability to successfully implement and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
