Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and diligent Sales Support Specialist to join our ELT and K-12 UK and Europe team. The role will support the sales function by managing leads, maintaining CRM data, generating reports, and ensuring effective follow-up on customer interactions and visits. This position is key to improving sales efficiency, pipeline visibility, and overall customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the product portfolio to effectively support sales activities and customer queries.
- Manage incoming leads, ensuring:
- Accurate qualification
- Timely follow-up
- Accurate assignment
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of all accounts, opportunities, and customer records in Salesforce CRM.
- Build, update, and maintain opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring full visibility of the sales pipeline.
- Open, manage, and follow up on cases in Salesforce, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Support sales representatives in coordinating and scheduling customer visits, including:
- Agenda coordination
- Logistical follow-up
- Record, document, and follow up on sales visits and customer interactions.
- Manage product samples, including:
- Requests
- Tracking
- Delivery follow-up
- Request and coordinate access to digital products and platforms for customers and internal teams.
- Assist the sales team with:
- Pipeline oversight
- Forecasting
- Overall CRM maintenance
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI to aid decision-making and track performance.
- Assist in the organization of events and support lead flow in coordination with sales and marketing teams.

Requirements
- Minimum C1 level of English (written and spoken)
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to:
- Manage multiple tasks
- Prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with others
- Previous experience in sales support, operations, or similar roles (preferably in ELT, education, or B2B sales).
Desirable Skills
- Experience in the education or ELT sector
- Understanding of:
- Sales pipelines
- Lead lifecycle management
- Basic knowledge of:
- Data analysis
- Excel advanced functions
- Developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Proactive approach with:
- Strong initiative and ownership
- Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude, including:
- Ability to suggest improvements
- Independence when required
