We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the team at Gates of Woodford.

We now have a vacancy for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team at our Gates of Woodford site. We are looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri (8-5), occasional overtime by request at Weekends if events are on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming enquiries (leads/ Incoming calls).
  • Booking and confirming appointments.
  • Following up missed appointments and unsold enquiries.
  • Answering and directing calls via the switchboard.
  • Welcoming customers to the showroom.
  • Administration tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • Good communication/ organisation skills.
  • A professional appearance and demeanour.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding customer handling skills.
  • A positive, friendly attitude and ability to use your initiative.

Working Hours:

40 hrs per week (Monday - Friday)

Negotiable depending on experience
