We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join the team at Gates of Woodford.
We now have a vacancy for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team at our Gates of Woodford site. We are looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri (8-5), occasional overtime by request at Weekends if events are on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming enquiries (leads/ Incoming calls).
- Booking and confirming appointments.
- Following up missed appointments and unsold enquiries.
- Answering and directing calls via the switchboard.
- Welcoming customers to the showroom.
- Administration tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
- An excellent telephone manner.
- Good communication/ organisation skills.
- A professional appearance and demeanour.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding customer handling skills.
- A positive, friendly attitude and ability to use your initiative.

Working Hours:
40 hrs per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary:
Negotiable depending on experience
