Job Description About The Role Are you a detail-driven, process-savvy professional who thrives behind the scenes? Join NielsenIQ as a Sales Support Specialist and become the engine that powers our high-performing SMB sales team. Your Responsibilities Sales Team Support Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales and account management teams Ensure teams have the tools, materials, and information needed to perform at their best Reporting & Insights Generate and manage reports that help the team and our clients make data-driven decisions. Contract & Documentation Management Create, track, and maintain contracts and key sales documents Ensure accuracy and consistency across all documentation Process Optimisation Support and refine internal workflows across CRM, renewals, and onboarding Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes Knowledge Sharing Maintain best practice guides, templates, and key materials Ensure consistency in internal communication and execution Team Contribution Act as a reliable, collaborative team player Contribute to a positive, organised, and high-performing team culture About You Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A proactive, self-starting mindset with a passion for structure and efficiency Experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data handling A collaborative, team-first attitude with a willingness to support where needed Experience in FMCG or retail sectors Understanding of data, insights, or category marketing Familiarity with NielsenIQ or similar data platforms What We offer £20,000 - £22,000 Annually. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria. In addition, a variable remuneration, for example in the form of a performance or sales related bonus, may be granted for this position.
