Job Summary As part of CDW UK’s Sales Support function, you will manage the end-to-end sales order process while ensuring an excellent experience for both internal and external customers. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, vendors, suppliers, and clients, you’ll build strong relationships and help drive service excellence. The role also involves supporting process improvements, inspiring colleagues, and contributing to initiatives that enhance how we operate. What you will do Be the initial point of contact for co-workers in your Sales Support Team, reviewing their queries and concerns promptly and efficiently, whilst looking for a proactive future approach Oversee, manage and approve team absences ensuring that the team’s schedule is well-managed and service levels are not impacted Arrange and manage team meetings, 121s and PMP reviews. Providing feedback and support to help the team achieve their goals Address and manage escalations raised, ensuring that they are resolved within a timely manner and to the customer’s satisfaction Provide comprehensive training to new starters, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their roles effectively Participate in interviews Review performance of co workers and address professionally. Analyse and review data What we expect of you Possess a strong understanding of the Sales Support role, including key responsibilities and best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills Curiosity, wanting to understand the Why? Experience in building relationships and engaging with multiple internal business units. Detailed knowledge in the use of CRM systems, ERP solutions and reporting tools Exceptional organisation and time management abilities. Demonstrated a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excell etc) Highly ambitious, credible, motivated, and accountable individual with an appreciation for building meaningful and lasting relationships, combined with a desire and ability to “win hearts and minds” - Confident yet humble in their approach. Detail-oriented with strong time management skills combined with the capacity to lead and work on multiple initiatives, as well as dynamically prioritise and pivot based on changing business needs. Outstanding communications skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present concepts and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats to customer and senior leaders. High levels of industry-related knowledge with an insatiable thirst for new information relevant to the market Prepared for occasional travel between CDW UK offices as the role requires whilst maintaining a suitable home life balance.
