Sales Surveyor – Watford
£45,000 – £50,000 OTE + Company Car

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Surveyor to join our Watford branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and commercially minded individual to join a successful and growing company with strong earning potential.
In this role, you will:
- Visit homeowners across Watford and surrounding areas conducting site surveys
- Advise customers on the most suitable products for garage doors, entrance doors, and patio awnings
- Prepare quotations based on consultations
- All quality leads are supplied, and full product training is provided

Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and customer consultations at homeowners' properties
- Take accurate on-site measurements
- Advise clients on appropriate products for their needs
- Prepare and send quotations while following up on customer enquiries
- Build strong long-term customer relationships
- Manage appointments and workload efficiently
- Respond to emails and customer communications
- Maintain accurate records of surveys and quotas

Requirements
Essential
- Previous sales, surveying, or estimating experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Consultative-selling approach
- Ability to manage appointments effectively
- Independent worker with strong time management
- Comfortable taking measurements on-site
- Proficiency in IT (email, Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience in garage doors, construction, home improvements, or trade-related industries
- Training in visiting customers in their homes
- Background in quotation or technical estimate preparation
Hours
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday (rota basis): 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM (occasional)
