Responsibilities
- Develop new logo sales opportunities through hands-on engagement
- Coach and develop your sales team
- Identify and capture new sales prospecting opportunities
- Contribute to achieving team performance quotas

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales team leadership experience
- Experience as a player/coach in commercial roles
- Strong interest in advanced manufacturing technology
- Entrepreneurial drive and hands-on sales expertise to accelerate growth
