At Too Good To Go

We have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together.

More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted. And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss.

Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at a significantly reduced price. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

Too Good To Go was named in FastCompany’s March 2022 list of the World's Most Innovative Companies, and was honoured to be included in TIME’s list of the 100 Most Influential Companies of 2022.

We’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team.

That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Sales Team Lead, and inspirational coach to join us in London and help grow our impact in the UK.

Your Mission:

In your role, you are responsible for leading a Sales Team and coaching the border sales team reporting directly to the Head of Independent Partners.

You are responsible for defining the strategy and achieving our jointly agreed goals for the acquisition and expansion of our partner companies. Your excellent leadership skills and results-driven focus will drive the pace and create the right environment for team members to succeed in their tasks.

You are responsible for all early stages of our Partners’ journey, and you ensure that they have the best possible start of our shared food-saving journey.

Your role:

Team Leadership

  • You lead a Sales Team, with the aim of building and maintaining a team of consistently high performing individuals, who are both challenged and supported
  • You set the bar, create the environment and provide the tools and knowledge for success in your team
  • You encourage excellent performance in your team and you act as a role model by setting a good example
  • You ensure that clear targets are set and that the KPIs are achieved through coaching and sparring
  • You continuously develop your team, creating opportunities and stability
  • You identity, support and manage lower performance with performance improvement plans and root cause analysis
  • You empower high performers in your team with stretch assignments and you support them in their individual career paths, together with the Head of Independent Partners and P&C
  • You challenge the status quo to ensure our outcomes are adapting to our partners and users changing needs

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
