Key Responsibi litiesLead, develop and support a team across multiple locations, ensuring high levels of performance, training, and professional develo pment.Oversee all Sales Office operational activities including customer credit applications, call-off orders, rebate schemes, and consignment stock manag ement.Take ownership of the full Order-to-Cash process, ensuring excellent customer service standards are maint ained.Manage intercompany sales activities across multiple business units.Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer and prospect data bases.Support website enquiries and work closely with technical and operational teams to provide commercial solu tions.Provide reporting, stock analysis, and commercial data to support the external sales team and wider business pla nning.Prepare monthly reports and analysis for Sales Meetings and Senior Management Team mee tings.Manage supplier relationships and pricing for ancillary pro ducts.Attend customer visits, exhibitions, and industry events when req

What We're Look ing ForDegree qualified in Business, Economics, or a related discipline preferred but not ess ential.Previous experience within Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management, or Commercial Support fun ctions.Experience within manufacturing ess ential.Proven experience leading, mentoring, or supervising teams.Strong commercial awareness with a customer-first ap proach.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement initi atives.Additional European language skills would be advantageous but are not ess
