PE Global is currently recruiting for a Sales Team Leader (EMEA) for a contract role with a leading global online travel & accommodation platform based in London – hybrid.

We're seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Team Leader to own and scale our host acquisition engine across EMEA. This is an operations-first leadership role: you will design and run the systems, processes, and analytics that power a high-performing field sales team, directly managing the Sales team across the region. You'll be the force multiplier behind the Sales team, ensuring every agent is equipped, accountable, and firing on all cylinders.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations & Strategy: Design, build, and continuously optimise the acquisition engine, from lead generation frameworks and sales playbooks to pipeline management and conversion tracking.
  • Team Leadership: Directly manage and develop a team of field sales agents (Market Managers) across EMEA markets, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Data & Analytics: Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable operational improvements and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Process & Tools: Own and improve the CRM infrastructure, reporting cadences, and tooling that enable the field team to work efficiently and at scale.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with central teams (product, marketing, onboarding) to ensure the field team has the resources, messaging, and support needed to close and onboard hosts successfully.
  • Market Insights: Aggregate and synthesise intelligence from across EMEA markets to inform regional sales strategy and surface meaningful feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding processes are in place across markets, working with cross-functional teams to set new hosts up for success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing and developing field sales teams, with the ability to lead across multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to diagnose performance, build dashboards, and drive decisions. Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of sales operations — pipeline management, conversion optimisation, territory planning, and performance frameworks.
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator, with the ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholders.
  • A scrappy, solutions-oriented operator who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and knows how to build structure where none exists.
  • Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics and the nuances of operating across diverse cultures and geographies.
  • Experience with or understanding of the gig economy, small business owners, or side hustlers is a plus.
