What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead up to 10 Advisors in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, ensuring our Sales team delivers exceptional service while hitting ambitious KPIs.
Your role includes:
- St cerró ample leadership and team development
- Regular weekly meetings and daily stand-ups for training, updates, and action planning
- Assessing team performance—analysing KPIs for weekly/monthly reporting
- Monitoring sales calls (Quality Assurance call monitoring)
- Coaching and growth
- Recruiting, training, onboarding, and professional development of your team
- Carrying out monthly 1:1s and performance management
- Problem-solving and support
- Handling difficult customer queries and escalations as the first point of contact
- Improving sales efficiency and lead conversion
- Writing training documents and internal reports for stakeholder briefings
- Cross-department collaboration
- Partnering with team leads to optimise processes and uphold company objectives
- Strategic communication
- Delivering analytical reports/presentations to Senior Leadership and external stakeholders

What You’ll Get from Us
Our financial package is generous, with strong incentives:
- Base salary: £32,572.95 p.a.
- On-target earnings (OTE) of £8,000
- Performance bonus: Up to 10% of your salary (when KPI targets are achieved)
