Sales Team Leader

£32,572.95 per annum + £8,000 OTEA

A little bit about us

We are a tech business that bundle household bills into one fixed monthly payment. One payment means easier finances, less time on the phone to suppliers, and less admin. It’s a game changer.

It’s also a great place to work. Everybody gets stuck in to make things work, the team will make you feel welcome from day one, and the office is near some pretty great pubs.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Sales team is at the core of One Utility Bill. As one of our Sales Team Leaders, your determination, dedication and personal approach will give our team and our customers confidence that you will get the right solution for them.

Reporting to the Notify Sales Manager, you’ll lead a motivated team of up to 10 Advisors to achieve their ambitious targets and help One Utility Bill on its growth journey. You’ll be expected to work alongside the team, driving success through coaching, training, and process improvements to ensure your all-important KPIs are hit.

Here’s just some of the things you can expect to be doing in this role:

  • Leading weekly team meetings and daily stand-ups for training, to discuss updates within the company and any actions that need to be carried forward
  • Completing team performance analysis as well as weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs
  • Requesting reports and carrying out analysis in our database
  • Coaching, Recruiting, Training and onboarding
  • Represent the company's objectives to your team, build plans to deliver these objectives and motivate your team into exceeding expectations.
  • Writing reports and presentations analysing the performance of your team and delivering these to the Senior Leadership Team and key external stakeholders
  • Quality Assurance Call monitoring
  • Be responsible for the professional development of your team members including sales training, personal development and monthly 121s and performance management.
  • Being the first point of contact for the team for advice on handling difficult customer queries and escalations
  • Creating training documents for the Sales team
  • Working to improve the team’s efficiency and lead conversion
  • Working closely with team leaders and managers from other departments to improve internal processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
