Aquent is partnering with a leading platform

Aquent is partnering with a leading platform that has revolutionized the hospitality sector, redefining the guest experience by bringing premium in-home services directly to stays on their platform. This innovative client offers a wide range of categories, such as culinary experiences, photography, wellness services, and personal training, with new offerings and locations regularly integrated into their platform. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the expansion of their provider acquisition engine across a key region.

This is an exceptional opportunity to be a force multiplier, shaping the success of a high-performing field sales team and directly impacting the growth of in-home services on a globally recognized platform. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing the operational frameworks that empower a team of market managers to identify, onboard, and nurture service providers. Your leadership will directly contribute to scaling offerings and enhancing the overall experience for guests and providers alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and continuously optimize the provider acquisition engine, encompassing lead generation frameworks, sales playbooks, pipeline management, and conversion tracking.
  • Directly manage and develop a team of field sales agents (Market Managers) across diverse markets within the region, setting clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable operational improvements and strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Own and improve the CRM infrastructure, reporting cadences, and tooling to enable the field team to work efficiently and at scale.
  • Partner with central teams (product, marketing, onboarding) to ensure the field team has the necessary resources, messaging, and support to successfully engage and onboard providers.
  • Aggregate and synthesize market intelligence from across the region to inform regional sales strategy and surface meaningful feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality onboarding processes are in place across markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to set new providers up for success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
