And this role sits right at the heart of the business.

Not because of the size of the team you'll lead...

But because of the long-standing customer relationships you'll help strengthen.

The high-performing team you'll continue to develop.

And the future leaders you'll help create.

Because in this market, people still buy from people.

So if you enjoy developing individuals, building genuine partnerships and creating long-term relationships built on trust...

You'll feel right at home here.

You can learn more below…

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Working under the Sales Leader for the Distribution Channel, you'll lead one of the business's key teams responsible for Independent Distributors and Buying Groups throughout the UK.

You'll inherit an established, successful team of 4 people.

And make no mistake... this is not a turnaround role.

The foundations are already there.

You'll be joining a team that is already performing well, giving you the opportunity to focus on development, growth and long-term success rather than firefighting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
