Key Responsibilities
- Work with your Branch Manager to support motivating a large sales team, including line management responsibility.
- Manage sales, resources, and customer service within the branch to meet sales and operational KPIs.
- Hold supervisory responsibilities as part of the management team to drive performance across key business measures, aligning with Company core values.
- Ensure the branch is fully compliant with branch standards to maintain a balanced performance.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for daily involvement in HR, including performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, as our people are our most valuable asset.
- Support both external recruitment and inductions for first-time success, as well as internal talent development and identifying potential within the business.
- Foster a customer-focused mindset to ensure customers remain at the heart of all operations.

Skills And Experience
- Experience in leadership, motivating, and driving your own sales team.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Sales experience required.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts, demonstrating the ability to establish, build, and maintain strong relationships.
- Organised and resourceful with a results-driven approach.
