Sales Team Manager
Job Title: Sales Team Manager
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Commission (£60,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday
An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Team Manager to join a growing, high performing organisation. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team, drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities Of Sales Manager
Support the day to day running of the department Coach and motivate sales executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs Ensure compliance with company policies and FCA regulations Promote the adoption of company vision and values across your team Maintain high service standards to encourage repeat business and referrals

Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Team Leader/Manager in an FCA regulated environment Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver results Strong customer service focus and understanding of the sales process High IT literacy and organisational skills Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities Positive, results driven, and enthusiastic attitude
