Sales Team Manager
**Sales Team Manager – Sports & Hospitality (
Location: London (Office-based))** 🔟

Responsibilities
As Sales Team Manager, you’ll:
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of ambitious New Business Executives.
- Deliver engaging onboarding programmes and ongoing sales training.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Foster a competitive, collaborative, and high-energy sales culture.
- Lead by example through outbound sales activity.
- Build and manage your own new business pipeline.
- Develop relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and conversion rates.
- Implement strategies to improve activity, revenue, and sales performance.
- Work closely with senior leadership to refine sales processes and outbound strategy.

Requirements
We’re looking for experienced sales leaders who thrive on both people development and personal execution. Ideally, you’ll have:
✔ Experience leading successful outbound sales teams. ✔ A strong background in business development & new business generation. ✔ A proven track record of exceeding sales/revenue targets. ✔ A passion for coaching & developing people. ✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills. ✔ Ability to motivate, inspire, and hold teams accountable. ✔ High resilience, ambition, and commercial acumen. ✔ Preference for leading from the front rather than a back-office role.
Bonus Points for the Following Experience
- Sports, hospitality, events, or luxury experiences.
- Relationship-driven sales environments.
- Building sales functions or nurturing junior sales talent.
