We’re looking for an energetic, motivational, and results-driven Sales Team Manager to lead our Cirencester-based sales team. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, supporting individual development, and creating a positive, high-achieving culture where people can thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and inspiring a team of sales agents to exceed revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Delivering regular coaching, 1:1 meetings, and development sessions to support performance.
  • Maintaining FCA compliance and ensuring all processes meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Overseeing daily operations such as schedules, holiday approvals, and absence management.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and probation processes.
  • Managing escalations and complex customer queries, ensuring swift, effective resolutions.
  • Producing accurate team performance reporting for the Sales Manager.
  • Creating a supportive, engaging team culture focused on growth and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes (FCA experience desirable).
  • Confident decision-making and outstanding organisational skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure while driving high standards.
  • A positive, proactive leadership style with a passion for people development.
