Sales Team Manager – Lead Generation
Basic Salary: £32,000 to £37,500 - OTE £65,000 Uncapped
Location: Bolton
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (08:30 am – 5pm)

This role is all about inspiring teammates, creating a positive team atmosphere, and driving success together in one of our most essential departments.
As the go-to person for the team, you’ll encourage everyone to reach their goals, build strong relationships across the business, and celebrate each win along the way. Our basic salary is between £32,000 - £37,500, OTE is £65,000 uncapped! No catches, just realistic targets, designed to be achieved.

A Bit About the Role
As our Sales Team Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our team’s success, bringing energy and encouragement to help everyone perform at their best. From daily coaching sessions and midday briefings, to individual 1-2-1’s, you’ll work closely with each team member, supporting their growth, recognising wins and keeping motivation high.

We’re looking for someone who’s not only confident in their skills but also a natural leader, someone who isn’t a stranger to the fast pace of sales and knows how to motivate and inspire the team. You’ll bring your energy and vision to help everyone reach their targets, creating a positive vibe that keeps spirits high - even when the pressure is on.
