About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding consumer experience in store, while meeting set targets and KPIs. Your role will involve:
- Enthusiastically selling shoes and accessories using the approved Clarks selling models
- Supporting day-to-day retail maintenance to uphold high standards both front of house and back of house

Key Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver an exceptional brand experience, including leveraging technology to enhance consumer interactions and staying updated on product knowledge
- Support the achievement of key store KPIs by hitting sales targets set by the store management team
- Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house areas to ensure high brand and retail standards
- Operate across a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays
- Follow cash and stock security procedures strictly
- Keep up with visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment as required
