Sales Trading & Executive Assistant

Title: Sales Trading & Executive Assistant Start Date: ASAP Location: London, office based Department: Equity Capital Markets Reporting line: Managing Director, Institutional Equity Sales Job Description: This role combines Sales Trading Assistant (50%25) and Executive Assistant (50%25) responsibilities. The position supports the Equity Sales Trading team while also providing dedicated administrative support to the Managing Director and the wider team on an ad hoc basis. The Sales Trading Assistant component focuses on client servicing, coordination of corporate access, and sales support activities. Key Responsibilities: Sales Trading Assistant (50%25) Coordinate analyst marketing and corporate roadshows, including scheduling, logistics, and presentation materials Support the Equity Sales and Trading team with CRM management, client onboarding, and event coordination Maintain client interaction data and produce management reporting Assist with client relationship development and distribution of marketing materials Executive Assistant (50%25) Provide dedicated support to the Managing Director, including complex diary management and meeting coordination Organise management presentations, materials, and detailed itineraries across multiple stakeholders and time zones Manage travel arrangements and expenses end-to-end Deliver general administrative support including team reporting, contact management, and document/file maintenance Act as a key point of coordination to support the day-to-day running of the MD’s business activities

Skills & Experience: Must have strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in financial services, client support, or administrative roles Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with a “can-do” attitude Calm under pressure, with sound judgement and discretion Team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes Further Information: The balance of responsibilities may evolve over time in line with business needs.
