Sales Trainee

Our Sales Training programme at Upmost Group equips individuals with the skills and confidence needed to excel in sales and client engagement. Whether you’re new to the field or looking to refine your abilities, this role provides practical training, mentorship, and opportunities to put your learning into action.


Responsibilities

  • Learn and master consultative sales techniques.
  • Participate in structured training sessions, role-plays, and workshops.
  • Work alongside experienced sales professionals to gain real-world exposure.
  • Support lead generation, prospecting, and client presentations.
  • Track and analyse performance to continuously improve results.
