Job Description

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales training programmes tailored to the needs of the team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for development.
  • Ensure alignment of training programmes with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the performance of sales personnel.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives and their impact on sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the relevance of training content.
  • Manage the training budget effectively and ensure optimal resource allocation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Sales Training & Development should have:

  • A strong background in sales training and development within the Real Estate industry.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective training programmes.
  • Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using modern training tools and technologies.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • A relevant academic qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
