Job Description
- Design and implement comprehensive sales training programmes tailored to the needs of the team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for development.
- Ensure alignment of training programmes with organisational goals and objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the performance of sales personnel.
- Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives and their impact on sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure the relevance of training content.
- Manage the training budget effectively and ensure optimal resource allocation.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Manager - Sales Training & Development should have:
- A strong background in sales training and development within the Real Estate industry.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective training programmes.
- Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using modern training tools and technologies.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- A relevant academic qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
