Sales Training Specialist (North Division) Location: Field-based across North store portfolio Contract: Permanent The role As a Sales Training Specialist, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance and elevating customer experience across our stores in the North division by developing and delivering impactful training solutions. You will partner closely with Regional Sales Managers and store leadership to identify capability gaps, design targeted learning interventions, and coach teams to deliver excellence in selling, service, and operational execution. This role blends strategic insight with hands-on facilitation, requiring a strong commercial mindset, exceptional coaching skills, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams across a diverse store portfolio. This role is field-based, so you’d have to be comfortable to commute across the geography of the store portfolio. Key Responsibilities Training Strategy & Execution Develop quarterly training strategies aligned to commercial goals and KPIs. Conduct training needs analysis across stores to identify capability gaps and opportunities. Design and deliver high-impact training programmes across multiple formats (classroom, virtual, webinars, conferences). Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI, implementing corrective actions where needed. Commercial & Performance Insight Analyse sales and KPI data to inform training priorities and measure impact. Partner with Regional Sales Managers to align training with business performance goals. Coach and lead store managers and teams to maximise sales & profitability Support stores in embedding the Pandora Customer Experience model and delivering world-class customer experiences. Coaching & Talent Development Act as a role model and coach to store teams and leaders, fostering a culture of continuous development. Provide feedback and coaching to embed learning and drive behavioural change. Support succession planning and talent development through targeted capability building. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with Retail Operations, HR, VM, Merchandising and other stakeholders to ensure training supports broader business initiatives. What We’re Looking For An established, experienced senior retail leader with a proven experience in retail sales training, Proven experience managing multiple locations with a track record of achieving KPIs and driving performance, with a target-driven and sales-focused approach. High level of business acumen and ability to interpret sales data to inform decisions and strategic planning. Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills. Experience designing and delivering training content using adult learning principles. Ability to prioritise and work effectively under time pressure to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal). Self-starter with high levels of organisation, motivation, influence and resilience. Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms.
