WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Working under the Sales Leader for the Distribution Channel, you'll lead the team responsible for the historic, and long-term strategic partnership with Bunzl UK & Ireland.
Unlike many leadership opportunities, this role isn't about managing a large team.
Instead, your focus will be on leading one of the business's most strategically important customer relationships whilst developing a experienced team of 2 account managers.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across Bunzl's operating companies, developing Joint Business Plans, identifying long-term commercial opportunities and continuing to strengthen an already successful partnership.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY
Firstly...
You don't need previous experience leading a sales team, or experience with managing Bunzl as a customer.
More importantly, you will be someone who enjoys solving complex commercial challenges and thinking strategically about long-term partnerships.
You'll be able to demonstrate:
- Strong commercial acumen and business judgement.
- The ability to negotiate confidently with senior commercial stakeholders.
- Experience managing large, strategic customer relationships.
- The ability to look beyond today's opportunity and build long-term commercial value.
- A collaborative approach, capable of bringing multiple stakeholders together around a common objective.
- Confidence using commercial insight and data to influence decisions.
- A genuine interest in developing people alongside developing customers.
You will have experience within the Cleaning, Hygiene, Paper, Facilities Management or wider B2B Distribution markets.
And be someone who can think strategically, build trusted partnerships and confidently lead one of the business's most important customer relationships.
