Salesforce Account Executive
Location: UK (Fully Remote)
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 Base + £160,000–£180,000 OTE (Uncapped)
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a fast-growing Salesforce Partner that is looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Account Executive to drive new business growth across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative consultancy, working with mid-market and enterprise organisations to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions. You'll play a key role in developing new client relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and helping organisations transform their customer engagement through Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and win new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise organisations.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and contract signature.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
- Work closely with Salesforce Account Executives and partner teams to generate and progress opportunities.
- Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and delivery teams to develop compelling client solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, networking events and industry conferences where required.

About You
You'll ideally have:
- 5+ years' experience in B2B technology sales.
- Experience selling Salesforce consulting, implementation services or managed services.
- A proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple opportunities across complex sales cycles.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work remotely.
