About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, customization, and user management.
Requirements
- Administer and configure Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
- Customize and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and processes.
- Perform regular system audits and proactively address data quality issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
- Manage user profiles, roles, and permission sets, ensuring proper access controls.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
- Assist in user training and support, ensuring effective use of Salesforce features.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configuration and functionality.
- Collaborate with developers and other administrators on system integrations and enhancements.
