Salesforce Administrator
# Salesforce Administrator – Radius
The role of Salesforce Administrator is critical to us.
About This Opportunity
At Radius, we’ve recently launched a significant Salesforce transformation initiative across our global business, with a current user base exceeding 2000 employees and growing.
We’re seeking a motivated, seasoned Salesforce Administrator to collaborate with our multi-disciplinary in-house team.
This position suits candidates who thrive on exploring business processes, data analysis within Salesforce, and driving user adoption and process efficiency.
- Your responsibilities will include project ownership and technical / business-green support
- Requires stakeholder confidence to discuss requirements and deliver improvements
- Location: Arden Square, Crewe, Cheshire – Monday to Friday office-based role
Our workplace facilities excel, including a café, barista counter, pizzeria, rooftop bar, and multiple breakout areas.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will cover:
- Full-cycle Salesforce system administration
- Consulting on best-practice solution designs
- Delivering assigned projects end-to-end
- Engagement in multi-disciplinary team work
- Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Experience & Qualifications Required
Candidates must demonstrate recent commercial experience as a Salesforce Administrator, evidenced by:
- Proven capability administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Track record in project management
- Solution design expertise
- Team skills: comfort collaborating across diverse functions
- Strong ability to access and interrogate data within Salesforce
- Committed, proactive approach
- End-user support experience
