- Build cyber resilience that stands up to real-world pressure
We partner with the most advanced security platforms in the market and deliver high-impact events, campaigns and thought leadership that place Saepio at the centre of the UK cyber conversation.
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimise and scale our Salesforce platform. This role goes beyond standard administration requiring strong technical capabilities, problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement advanced solutions that support business processes across sales, marketing and operations.
You will act as a key partner to stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and ensuring platform reliability, performance and continuous improvement.
You will ensure that Salesforce remains a reliable, secure, and effective platform that supports business operations, improves user productivity, and enables data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Platform Management
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security controls
- Configure and customise Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Lightning App Builder)
- Manage data integrity through data imports, deduplication, cleansing, and governance processes
- Monitor platform performance and implement optimisations

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
