Salesforce Administrator – Mid-Level

Propel (TSX: PRL)

About Propel

Propel (TSX: PRL) is a fintech company building a new world of financial opportunity by facilitating access to credit for consumers underserved by traditional financial institutions. Through its AI-driven platform, Propel evaluates customers in a more comprehensive way than traditional credit scores can.

Our revolutionary fintech platform has already helped consumers access:

  • Over one million loans and lines of credit
  • Over one billion dollars in credit

At Propel, we bring together brightest talent to build opportunities through results and growth from within. Our culture fosters curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement, supporting both employees, customers, and shareholders to succeed together.

The Role

Propel Holdings is investing heavily in Salesforce as its core operational platform. Over the next 12 months, you’ll work across:

  • Marketing Cloud rollout
  • Service Cloud go-live with Agentforce embedded
  • MuleSoft integration layer and a new Identity Provider rollout
  • An in-house Agentforce programme bringing AI-driven categorisation in-house

You’ll:

  • Have direct input into platform decisions
  • Work with a small, growing team
  • Have direct access to senior leadership

We are seeking a mid-level Salesforce Administrator to join our Delivery Team and own platform-side configuration as part of a multi-year Salesforce transformation programme. This is not a maintenance role—you’ll be hands-on with Flows from day one while collaborating with developers, QA lead, BA, and Tech Lead in a well-structured delivery environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
