Salesforce Administrator & Product Owner
Location: London Bridge (2 days office-based, 3 days remote working)
Salary: Up to £75,000
Internal Title: CRM Manager
Hyde New Homes is looking for a Salesforce Administrator & Product Owner for a single, hands-on leadership role that combines platform administration with strategic product ownership.
We believe that our strongest CRM outcomes come from a single accountable owner so this cohesive role is built on the understanding that the person who architects and administers the platform is best placed to own its direction. You'll hold the technical keys to our Salesforce Sales & Marketing environment and the product vision that determines where it goes next.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform administration: Own the technical health of Salesforce: configuration, automation (flows), user management, security, data integrity, and release management.
- Product ownership & roadmap: Define and prioritise the product backlog, translate stakeholder needs into user stories, and lead the strategic roadmap aligned to business priorities.
- CRM optimisation: Drive continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and automation to increase efficiency and adoption.
- Customer insight: Leverage CRM data to generate actionable insights that inform business development, marketing, and customer experience.
- Cross-functional delivery: Manage digital projects across Hyde, acting as the bridge between technology, third party System Integrators and business functions across Hyde.
- Stakeholder engagement: Serve as the CRM subject matter expert, coaching colleagues and communicating technical complexity in clear business language.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
