Salesforce Apex Senior Developer - Lightning framework and administration.

Remote - long term

Job Summary

Min 5+ years, Hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration within enterprise environments

Strong expertise in declarative automation and platform configuration

Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and metadata-driven development

Ability to gather requirements and translate them into implementable Salesforce solutions

Experience presenting solutions in business demos and validating outcomes with stakeholders

Experience with VS Code, GitHub for CI/CD, user stories, promotion pipelines, and deployments

Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data model, and release lifecycle

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Develop custom solutions using Salesforce Apex programming language to enhance the functionality of the Salesforce platform.
  • Implement Salesforce Lightning components and features to create efficient and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Collaborate within the team to gather requirements and provide technical expertise for Salesforce projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce implementation or integrations.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates to propose innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Framework for developing responsive and interactive user interfaces.
  • Experience in Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security configuration, data management, and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Salesforce platform efficiently.
  • Plus if have Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar conversational AI Platforms.
  • Experience in Agile delivery and working with cross-functional teams.
