Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining solution architecture, ensuring best practices, and working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce platforms.
This role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Field Service implementation, integrations, and enterprise solution design.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service.
- Lead architecture workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solution designs.
- Architect and implement Salesforce Field Service features including:
- Work Orders
- Service Appointments
- Scheduling & Optimization
- Service Territories
- Work Types
- Service Resources
- Dispatcher Console
- Mobile Field Service App
- Define integration architecture using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft, or other middleware technologies.
- Design secure and scalable data models, sharing models, and security architecture.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and review solution quality.
- Establish Salesforce governance, development standards, and release management processes.
- Support estimation, solution planning, and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and platform limits.
- Mentor developers and technical consultants.
