About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architecture, driving technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions across the enterprise.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, technical architects, delivery leads, and development teams to provide architectural governance and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
- Work with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners, and delivery teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
- Write up a high-level design document that defines solution architecture, application design, integration strategy, data architecture, security model, and overall implementation approach.
- Design scalable Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered agent experiences, prompts, actions, orchestration, automation, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Define and govern Salesforce Data Cloud architecture, including data ingestion, identity resolution, customer data unification, segmentation, activation, and real-time customer engagement strategies.
- Architect Service Cloud solutions including case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge management, entitlements, milestones, customer service automation, and service operations optimization.
- Define integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, middleware platforms, event-driven architecture, platform events, and APIs.
- Establish Salesforce security architecture, including data visibility models, sharing strategies, role hierarchy, permission management, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Review and approve solution designs, technical designs, configurations, integrations, and deployment approaches to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- Drive technical and solution design workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Identify architecture risks, platform limitations, and technical dependencies, and provide mitigation strategies.
- Provide estimation support, roadmap planning, technology recommendations, and platform strategy guidance.
- Mentor Technical Leads and development teams on Salesforce architecture best practices and scalable solution design.

Key Skills/Knowledge
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Salesforce Technical Architect, or Senior Salesforce Architect.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and enterprise solution design.
- Experience with Agentforce, including AI agents, prompt configuration, agent actions, orchestration, automation, and Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion, data streams, calculated insights, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and customer data strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, Entitlements, Milestones, Service Console, and service process optimization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns, governor limits, platform capabilities, and scalability considerations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and platform development concepts.
- Strong expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API-led architecture, middleware platforms, event-driven architecture, and integration governance.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, roles, and compliance considerations.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, deployment tools, GitHub, Salesforce DX, and release management strategies.
- Ability to lead architecture reviews, solution design workshops, and technical governance discussions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in Agile delivery models and large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience in designing reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and executive stakeholders.

Experience Required
- 12–18 years of overall Salesforce experience.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, Salesforce Technical Architect, or Senior Salesforce Architect.
- Experience architecting and delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations involving Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
- Experience defining enterprise integration architectures involving Salesforce and external systems.
- Experience leading architecture governance, technology strategy, and solution design initiatives across multiple projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Experience in enterprise application delivery and digital transformation programs.
