Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Summary

You are the "Internal Visionary" for the Salesforce platform. You combine deep knowledge of business domains (Sales, Service, or Marketing) with expert-level understanding of Salesforce’s architectural capabilities to drive ROI and user adoption.

Core Responsibilities

  • Business Process Architecture: Map complex, manual business workflows into streamlined, automated Salesforce journeys. You aren't just taking orders; you are advising stakeholders on how their process should work to leverage "Clicks not Code."
  • Feature Prioritisation (Value-Driven): Lead the Steering Committee to decide which features get built. You use your SME status to distinguish between a "nice-to-have" and a critical business requirement.
  • Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Manage the 12–18 month platform vision, ensuring alignment with Salesforce’s three annual releases (Spring, Summer, Winter) so the business stays ahead of new features like Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, or Data Cloud.
  • Stakeholder Evangelism: Act as the primary advocate for Salesforce across the C-suite. You translate technical debt and platform health into business value and risk mitigation.
  • Governance & Center of Excellence (CoE): Establish the guardrails for how the platform is used, ensuring that various business units don't create "Siloed Orgs" or redundant customizations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
