Salesforce Lead Consultant
Location: Remote, United Kingdom
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a purpose-driven organisation that uses Salesforce technology to help organisations. They are looking for a Salesforce Lead Consultant to play a key role in delivering and supporting their Salesforce-based CRM platform, working closely with customers to design solutions that make a genuine social impact.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce professional who enjoys a varied role, combining consultancy, solution design, support and training, while working with organisations that are making a real difference across the UK.
The role offers flexible hybrid working, with occasional travel to customer sites and meetings across the UK.
The Role
As Salesforce Lead Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand their business processes, configure Salesforce solutions to meet their needs, and provide ongoing technical support and training. You will also act as a technical lead within the team, taking ownership of key areas of the platform while helping to shape its future development.
This is a customer-facing role that combines Salesforce administration, consultancy and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships as much as solving technical challenges.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
