Junior Salesforce Consultant - £37,000 - Fully Remote UK
TechOhana has partnered with a mission-led organisation that has built and operates its own Salesforce based CRM platform, used by housing, homelessness and social care providers across the UK, to recruit a Salesforce Consultant.
The platform supports hundreds of customer organisations across the sector, and they are looking to add a consultant to the team who is eager to develop and grow.
The role:
The successful candidate will provide first and second line technical support to platform users, assist in building and configuring new Salesforce CRM environments for customer organisations, and take responsibility for designated areas of work as their experience develops.

What you'll bring:
- Salesforce ADM201 (Administrator) certification
- At least one year's experience administering or designing Salesforce CRM systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users effectively
Nice to have (bonus, not required):
- Experience analysing business requirements or supporting implementation projects
- Previous experience in a helpdesk, technical support or customer success function
- Familiarity with the housing, charity or wider public sector

- £37,000 per annum, fully remote
- Permanent contract
