Salesforce Consultant

Salesforce Lead

Location: Gerrards Cross – 2-3 days per week & Remote Salary: £70-80k + Bonus Type: Permanent

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to take ownership of our Salesforce platform, driving its ongoing development, optimisation, and strategic direction across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and people management.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring Salesforce continues to support business growth while leading the adoption and integration of Salesforce Agentforce, helping to introduce AI-driven automation and improve customer and employee experiences.

Working closely with business stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Technology, you’ll identify opportunities to enhance processes, deliver new functionality, and maximise platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce platform strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day management.
  • Lead the design, development, and optimisation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Drive the implementation and integration of Salesforce Agentforce, identifying AI use cases that improve productivity and customer engagement.
  • Manage and mentor one direct report, providing technical guidance and supporting their development.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee platform configuration, automation, security, user management, and data quality.
  • Work with third-party partners to deliver larger projects and integrations.
  • Ensure platform stability, governance, and adherence to best practice across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Champion continuous improvement and promote user adoption through training and engagement.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce releases, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
