Steadman Brown are currently partnered with one of the UK's leading Non-Profit focused Salesforce Partners who work with some of the biggest charities in the country providing high quality solutions such as Strategic Consulting, Data Transformations, and System Implementations as well as ongoing support.

They are currently looking to bring in a Salesforce Delivery Consultant (NPSP) who would be responsible for managing and delivering projects such as new Salesforce Implementations to helping customers better leverage their current Salesforce Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Salesforce configuration and implementation work across a range of customer projects and enhancement requests.
  • Work directly with customers to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, automation, and security settings.
  • Support workshops, demos, UAT sessions, training, deployment activities, and customer handovers.
  • Work closely with Senior Technical Consultants, Project Managers, Consultants, and Service Desk colleagues to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Produce clear and useful documentation, including user stories, solution notes, test scripts, configuration notes, and implementation guides.
  • Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and recommend practical, user-focused solutions.
  • Support estimation, planning, testing, release preparation, and continuous improvement activities.

  • 1+ years’ hands-on experience working within a Salesforce implementation partner, consultancy, SI, or similar client-facing Salesforce environment.
  • Practical experience configuring Salesforce solutions within NPSP.
  • Strong understanding of core Salesforce functionality, including Flow, reporting, security model, sharing rules, data management, and user setup.
  • Experience contributing to end-to-end implementation, enhancement, or managed service delivery work.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage workload across multiple projects, customers, and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
