Salesforce Training Consultant | CRM Training Lead | Change & Adoption Consultant | Lead to Cash | Outside IR35 | Oxford Hybrid | £600 per day

If you're an experienced Training Consultant with a passion for user adoption, business change, and delivering engaging learning experiences, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Our client is embarking on a significant business transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Contract Training Lead Consultant to design and deliver a comprehensive end-user training strategy ahead of a major system rollout. This is an opportunity to leave a lasting legacy by creating a structured learning approach that empowers colleagues across multiple international locations to confidently adopt new ways of working.

This is a hands-on consultancy role where you'll influence stakeholders, create engaging learning experiences, and drive successful business change from strategy through to go-live and beyond.

Why This Contract Stands Out

This isn't a role where you'll inherit an existing training programme. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to build a complete learning strategy from the ground up, working closely with programme leaders and business stakeholders to ensure every user feels supported throughout the transformation.

You'll enjoy the opportunity to:

  • Design and own the end-user training strategy for a major global transformation programme.
  • Create engaging classroom, virtual and self-service learning experiences that genuinely improve user confidence.
  • Develop role-based learning journeys tailored to different teams and experience levels.
  • Help colleagues understand new business processes and adopt them successfully.
  • Produce high-quality training guides, documentation and digital learning content.
  • Work alongside programme teams, business stakeholders and platform specialists to embed best practice.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing by helping users understand new processes before launch.
  • Champion user adoption, data quality and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support through go-live and the critical hypercare period.
  • Influence senior decision-makers while remaining hands-on with delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
