Salesforce Consultant - £45,000 - Fully Remote UK

TechOhana has partnered with a mission-led organisation that has built and operates its own Salesforce based CRM platform, to recruit a Salesforce Consultant.

The organisation is expanding its in-house Salesforce team to keep pace with a growing base of customer organisations across the sector.

The role:

The successful candidate will work directly with client organisations to analyse their information needs, design and configure new Salesforce CRM systems, and provide second line technical support and training to existing customers.

What you'll bring:

  • Salesforce ADM201 certification, plus at least one further Salesforce certification
  • At least one year's experience administering and designing Salesforce CRM systems, including client facing requirements gathering
  • Strong database and reporting skills, with confidence presenting to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have (bonus, not required):

  • Experience delivering Salesforce training to users or teams
  • Exposure to solution design across several customer implementations
  • Familiarity with the housing, charity or wider public sector
