Salesforce Deployment Project Manager
Location: UK OR Ireland Based (with travel to Jersey, Luxembourg, and the UK as needed)
Work Style: Hybrid / Agile Working options available
Role Overview
As our Salesforce footprint expands across Europe, we are seeking a Salesforce Deployment Project Manager to lead our "land-and-expand" rollout across EU offices.
This is a high-impact, hybrid role requiring a unique blend of program management, change management, and hands-on Salesforce platform knowledge. You will act as both the facilitator of international growth and the guardian of our global Salesforce configuration standard.
Partnering closely with the Salesforce Product Owner, you will guide regional stakeholders through the rollout, championing the global template. You must possess the judgment to recognize when local regulatory or business needs justify a system exception, and the confidence to hold the line and say "no" when they do not.
Key Responsibilities
1. EU Deployment Leadership
- End-to-End Delivery: Own the full deployment lifecycle—from initial discovery and fit-gap assessments to configuration, testing, go-live, and post-launch stabilization.
- Rollout Strategy: Lead the sequential, low-risk rollout of the global Salesforce standard across new EU offices and business lines (including Jersey, Luxembourg, and the UK).
- Planning & Governance: Establish detailed deployment plans, readiness criteria, and go/no-go gates aligned with the broader program framework.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align diverse teams including IT, Business Analysts, Data Migration, Compliance, and regional business leaders.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate multi-jurisdictional risks, including data residency, local process variances, and regulatory timelines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
