Salesforce Developers (x5) – Outside IR35 | Remote (UK)
The Opportunity Location: Remote (UK) with occasional on-site travel (London) Type: Outside IR35 Fee Rate: £510 per day Contract Duration: 6 months (ASAP start) Requirements: UK-based, Limited Company mandated (no sponsorship available)
About the Role Join a major transformation programme as a Salesforce Developer, contributing to business-critical solutions across multi-cloud Salesforce environments—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise integrations.
As part of a collaborative engineering guild, you will:
- Develop platform-wide standards and best practices within a team of Salesforce specialists
- Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions to deepen expertise and become a recognised platform Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using declarative and programmatic approaches
- Build scalable Lightning experiences to boost user and agent productivity
- Develop integrations with external systems using modern APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, developers, and stakeholders
- Contribute to engineering standards, CI/CD practices, and platform improvements
Requirements
Essential Experience
- Strong Salesforce development experience (both declarative configuration and Apex)
- Proficiency with Lightning Experience & Lightning Components
- Familiarity with development tools (VS Code, IntelliJ)
- Experience using Git/GitHub or similar version control systems
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs (consumption/building)
- Strong communication skills—able to bridge technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or equivalent)
- Specialisation in Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce DX & Salesforce CLI
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
