About The Role

We are now seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join the Supporter Revenue Platform team within our product and engineering department. The role involves working closely with the Growth area of Supporter Revenue, primarily focusing on ensuring the operational systems and support tools meet the needs of various internal teams. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions, integrating with internal and third-party services, and supporting our operational data infrastructure. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and impact.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with the Salesforce platform, demonstrating a solid understanding of best practices, engineering principles, and Salesforce features. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer or Salesforce Agentforce Specialist are preferred but not mandatory, provided equivalent experience can be demonstrated. Candidates should have experience working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative Salesforce configuration. A strong foundation in agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration is essential. The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions is highly valued. Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, BigQuery, and familiarity with payment platforms like Stripe, PayPal, and GoCardless will be considered advantageous.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
