Job Opportunity: Salesforce Developer
I'm currently working with a global organisation who are looking to expand their Salesforce team! This business is ranked as the leader in the UK within their respective field and are major users of Salesforce spanning across Sales and Marketing Cloud.
They are looking for a Salesforce Developer experienced in both programmatic and declarative development, building Apex solutions and working on various integrations into Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practice.
- Develop complex programmatic solutions using Apex, LWC, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering through to deployment and post-release support.
- Manage deployment processes, ensuring robust version control, testing, and release management.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with deployment tools and methodologies (e.g. Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX) and best practice release management.
- Experience working on large-scale or greenfield Salesforce projects is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
