About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team at Required IT. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce projects, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce applications, maintaining and optimizing existing systems, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions. This position is ideal for someone passionate about Salesforce technology, eager to stay ahead of industry trends, and committed to continuous professional development.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record as a Salesforce Developer, demonstrating expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder are essential, with Salesforce Platform Developer I certification being highly desirable. Strong experience configuring Salesforce using declarative tools like Flows, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder is required. Hands-on development experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Data Loader, and other Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools is crucial. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is necessary, while knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be advantageous. A passion for continuous learning through Trailhead modules and additional Salesforce certifications is highly valued.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from the product backlog and design specifications to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, user-friendly, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and develop both declarative and programmatic Salesforce applications, adhering to best practices and high standards of quality.
- Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating understanding and collaboration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure the integrity and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver integrated solutions.
