Salesforce Developer
Location: London (2 days per week in the office) Salary: £70,000–£80,000 + 10% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
We're partnering with one of the largest Salesforce transformation programmes in the UK, and we're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join an expanding, high-performing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale enterprise transformation, developing innovative solutions across a broad Salesforce ecosystem while collaborating with talented architects, consultants, and developers.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support a major digital transformation programme. You'll work across multiple Salesforce products and contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work on complex, enterprise-level projects using the latest Salesforce technologies.

Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
- Building scalable, maintainable solutions across a variety of Salesforce Clouds and products.
- Collaborating with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Participating in code reviews and championing development best practices.
- Supporting continuous improvement and helping shape the future of the Salesforce capability.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions within enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, integrations, APIs, and deployment processes.
- Salesforce certifications are advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
